Holy Yearning is not just a typical course; it is a sacred journey crafted to bring about lasting transformation. Over the span of 12 impactful weeks, you will embark on an encounter with the healing presence of Jesus, allowing Him to minister to the depths of your soul. This journey is not merely about acquiring knowledge but about encountering the One who can truly make all things new.
Inside this 12 week journey, you'll be guided through the foundational areas of inner-healing and wholeness:
Identity - Discover who you are
This has nothing to do with a spiritual gift or spiritual discipline. Our approach is not one leading you to focus on finding, defining, or reinventing yourself but discovering who you already are in Jesus.
Spiritual Authority- Learn to stand firm and overcome the enemy
Many teachings on authority either swing too far toward fear or swing too far toward self reliance. We teach that authority is rooted in Christ and flows from intimacy with God.
Boundaries - Establish Holy lines
Boundaries are taught as walls to keep people out. We teach that they are a form of honor, an act of obedience, and preserve love.
Love and Self-Worth - Embrace God's unconditional love and your worth as His beloved.
Shame and the fear of man cannot co-exist with God. We teach that shame and low-self esteem is broken at the cross and confidence flows from identity in Christ.
Trauma and Healing - Allow Jesus to restore what has been broken
So much of what you hear about trauma today focuses only on coping mechanisms or surface strategies -- ways to manage your pain but never truly heal it. Our teachings are not about "feeling better" but about being made new and how to sustain that.
Obedience and Surrender- Yield fully to God's original design for you and your life
Some see obedience as rule-keeping, where God is waiting to punish you if you fail. We teach that obedience flows from love, not fear. Surrender is freedom, not loss. Obedience positions you for healing. Surrender invites intimacy.
Wholeness - Step into the fullness of mind, body, and spiritual restoration
Biblical wholeness is not symptom management. Wholeness is God's original design, goes deeper than relief, and a journey -- not a quick fix.
